(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including live podcasting event production services (the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Service Description
Riggg Inc. provides live podcasting event production services for both audio and video content. Our team works with you to record and produce live podcast events, ensuring high-quality delivery of your audio and video content.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not:
- Engage in any behavior that disrupts the service or compromises the security of our website or production processes.
- Submit any illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
3. Payment and Refunds
You are responsible for all payments associated with the services provided by Riggg Inc. Payment terms include the following:
- Payment Method: Payment is processed via credit card through a subscription model.
- Billing Cycle: Your credit card will be automatically charged at the beginning of each subscription period, prior to the commencement of services.
- Refund Policy: Due to the nature of live podcast production, all payments are non-refundable. However, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule any podcast recordings that cannot occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to services until the period concludes. No refunds or prorated charges will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
4. Ownership of Content
You retain full ownership of all content produced as part of the live podcasting event, including both audio and video content. Riggg Inc. does not claim any intellectual property rights over the content created through our Service. However, you grant Riggg Inc. the right to use clips of the produced content for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Riggg Inc. provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riggg Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Riggg Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages related to the interruption of services, data loss, or personal injury.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Service and providing written notice. Riggg Inc. may terminate the agreement for any reason, including failure to comply with these Terms, and reserves the right to suspend access to the Service without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
Riggg Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
